    PSA Group chooses Washington, DC to start car sharing service

    The PSA Group wants to gain a foothold here in the States. PSA executed the first part of this plan by launching its car sharing service, Free2Move, on Thursday in Washington, D.C. Free2Move launched in D.C. with a fleet of 600 Chevrolet Cruise sedans and Equinox crossover SUVs parked in all eight of the city's districts.     GM brings its peer-to-peer car-sharing service to 10 US cities

    Earlier this year, GM unveiled a peer-to-peer car-sharing service, expanding its Maven platform to allow GM owners and qualified lessees to rent out their own vehicles. At the time, the company said the service was in beta in Chicago, Detroit and Ann Arbor, Michigan, but GM has now announced that it's bringing the peer-to-peer car-sharing service to 10 US cities in the coming months.
